Youth Farm and Market Project - involve young people in learning to compost and teaching others

The Youth Farm involves youth in a summer gardening program, and wanted to significantly improve their composting systems. The youth learned about effective composting systems, implemented a new system in their garden, composted all food waste from their lunch program, and taught over 400 adult visitors to their garden about composting methods and benefits.
