SNG created the "We Compost!" program that involved distributing colorful lawn signs to hundred of neighborhood residents. Neighbors put the We Compost sign in their front yard to encourage other neighbors to consider composting food and other waste. SNG also offered workshops and one-on-one technical assistance to households that needed to learn how to compost effectively.
