LCC worked with Hennepin County to create a mini-curriculum that educates residents about purchasing less-toxic products and proper disposal of hazardous household products. The curriculum was used with block clubs and through a community workshop. LCC also recruited local businesses to stock less-toxic products and offer coupons for these products - the coupons were distributed at a community festival.
