District 7 will publish junk mail reduction information in English, Hmong, Somali, and Spanish in the Frogtown
Times section of the neighborhood newspaper. They will educate participants in the Kids' Gardening Projects
using multi-lingual composting information. They will also promote shopping used first and proper disposal of
hazardous materials.
