Senior citizens and youth in Hennepin’s western suburbs will learn together through a series of courses and hands-on activities. Topics will address composting, junk mail, toxicity reduction, and no-waste holidays. Additional outreach will occur through newsletters and cable television. A gift exchange will encourage seniors to donate unused gifts they have received for children to give to others.
