Nine group homes for adults with mental disabilities participated in Green Living for All.  Residents and staff took part in up to eight waste reduction hands-on educational activities implemented by the Community Bridge Consortium. Topics included packaging waste, recycled art, composting, junk mail reduction, the construction of two junk mail trees, reuse, and recycling. 56,150 residents received information about the Green Guardian and strategies for reducing waste through ads placed in three ISD 622 Community Education catalogs.  Green Living for All won the Outstanding Project Award from the Minnesota Community Education Association in 2005.
