This project will build a forest of 9-foot trees at the Mall of America
out of junk mail collected from community groups and volunteers. They
will work with school classrooms and civic organizations to build
leaves for the tree out of junk mail and will display information about
junk mail reduction at the site. The tree will be recycled at All-Paper
Recycling, which makes counter tops and furniture from paper waste.
These products will be donated to Habitat for Humanity.
